VitalityMall delivers directly to your door, anywhere in South Africa, using courier partners and service providers.
Delivery charges are broken down into four categories:
· Free for all HealthStyle Magazines
· Included in all Netflorist products
· R50 for all vouchers
· R75 for all other products
If applicable, any further delivery fees will be disclosed on the relevant product page.
Products and Vouchers:
We will start processing your order as soon as payment is confirmed. We estimate your delivery time to be approximately 5 - 7 working days subject to stock availability. Please note that Sony, Weber, Samsung and Polar products take approximately 10 - 14 working days to deliver.
Please note: Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
Magazines:
Your first subscription should arrive in your post box 6 - 12 weeks after placing your order. If you do not receive your magazine, please contact us immediately.
If you cancel your Vitality membership within three months after the start of your magazine subscription, your subscription will be cancelled.
NetFlorist Products
- An order is only considered confirmed once we receive payment or an acceptable proof of payment.
- Credit cards and discovery mile payments are automatically processed. Bank and internet transfers will be processed on the receipt of a proof of payment.
- Same day delivery is available for orders placed before noon, this excludes hampers. Monday - Saturday. All other orders will be delivered the next day unless otherwise specified.
- Delivery hours are 9am - 7pm, Monday - Saturday. No Sunday deliveries.
- Should a particular flower be unavailable due to its seasonal nature, or a container is unavailable, an item of similar quality and value will be substituted.
- Should you have a query about delivery of your order on a Saturday, please contact Netflorist directly between 9h00 and 12h00 on 0860 200 600.
