If you wish to return a product for a refund, you need to do so within 10 days of receiving your product, in the original condition, together with all the packing material and documentation.
Subject to the limitations listed below.

You will only be entitled to a full refund if VitalityMall has shipped you an incorrect/unsuitable product. All other refunds are subject to a 25% handling fee at VitalityMall's discretion. Delivery fees will not be refunded in this case.
 

If your product arrives faulty or damaged you need to return the product to us within 10 days in the original packaging, and we will ship you a replacement. If not, we will repair the product based on warranty and guarantee. Please note, manufacturers consider all displays (laptop screens and LCDs included) to be in good working order if there are 7 or less dead pixels and these therefore can not be returned to VitalityMall for refund or repair.
 

How will your refunds be paid?
 

If your whole order needs to be refunded and you paid using both miles and cash, VitalityMall will reimburse you the amount in the same denominations as you paid.
 

Please note the restrictions on cancelling or returning the below items:

    ·         Vouchers cannot be cancelled or returned.

    ·         NetFlorist products cannot be cancelled or returned.

    ·         Software and consumables cannot be returned.

    ·         Touchline HealthStyle Magazine subscriptions need to be cancelled 7 days from placing the order.

Refunds will be paid within 7 working days for cancelled orders. It will take 7 working days once banking details have been provided with EFT payments and product problems will have to be assessed first before a refund is processed.

Your Discovery Baby magazine benefit

If you no longer wish to receive the magazine made available through the Discovery Baby benefit, please contact us on 0861 106 578 or 011245 7809. We will stop any further magazine deliveries and arrange for a refund where necessary. Please note that the canceling of these magazines is subject to the magazine printing schedule.
