VitalityMall offers five convenient methods of payment for purchasing products online

NB: Please note that if you are paying via credit card, the bank will contact you to verify your details before the order is processed. Please ensure that you are available on the telephone numbers that you have provided to your bank.


VitalityMall Credit
Silver, Gold and Diamond Vitality status members will accumulate 10% of their basket spend towards their next purchase – up to a maximum of R300.

Discovery Miles

If you have chosen the Discovery Miles option, you’ll earn one Discovery Mile for every R12 you spend on your DiscoveryCard. If you are a DiscoveryPlatinum cardholder and have chosen the Fast Miles option, you’ll earn one Discovery Mile for every R6 you spend. You can use your Discovery Miles, cash or both to pay for anything you buy on VitalityMall.

 

Credit Card

VitalityMall accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Diners and Amex credit cards are not accepted. We do not store credit card numbers so you will need to submit your credit card details after every transaction. 

 

Internet Transfer / Bank Transfer

We also accept bank transfers and EFTs for goods purchased on the mall. Our bank details are:

If you are a Standard Bank customer, choose add COMPANY beneficiary and look for Digital Planet. Both DigitalPlanet and Digital Planet will go into our account.

 

Please note: Internet transfers can take up to 3 working days to clear and we will dispatch your order once the money has cleared. To speed up this process, you can fax your Proof of Payment to 0866 88 55 55.

 

A Combination of Miles and Credit Card / Internet Transfer

For your convenience the option of splitting payment for one order between miles and Credit Card / Bank Transfer is also available. You will be prompted during the checkout process at which point you will be able to determine your split between miles and your other payment methods.
