    ·         All Silver, Gold and Diamond Vitality members will accumulate 10% of their basket spend
         towards their next purchase – up to a maximum of R300. 

    ·         You will have to opt in to access this benefit. You will be able to see if you qualify by looking at
         the basket icon on the VitalityMall home page.

    ·         Any credit that has not been redeemed will expire after 2 years.

    ·         You cannot use the credit to pay for delivery of your goods.

    ·         You can earn a maximum of R300 credit per basket of goods purchased.

    ·         To view your status and how much credit is available to you, you can click on VitalityMall and
         see your credit statement.

    ·         The credit is calculated on the Final Net Cost, which is the cost of the product minus redeemed
         VitalityMall vouchers and redeemed credit accumulated on previous VitalityMall purchases.

You can pay by using cash, Discovery Miles, VitalityMall vouchers or the credit accumulated on prior VitalityMall purchases.

 

Use Vitality Mall voucher to the value of R200

Use Discovery Miles to the value of R200

Use credit earned on previous purchases to the value of R300

Balance of R300 to be paid by cash

 

VitalityMall Credit calculation

Cost of product = R1 000

Minus use of VitalityMall voucher =R200

Minus use of credit already earned = R300

Final Net Cost = R500

 

VitalityMall Credit calculated at 10% of Final Net Cost = R50

 

Remember that the 10% cash back is only applicable on the final amount you pay on your goods after any VitalityMall vouchers and VitalityMall Credit have been deducted.
